Jackie Chow impressed us with the successful manipulation of the software program PAINTER. Known for creating effects that look like oil painting, watercolor, and pen & ink, PAINTER is a fantastic software program that more artists should learn to use! Jackie's expert handling of the software resulted in a work that looks like a chalk pastel drawing.

The artist's subject is Hayami, from Roku no Ao. Jackie has succeeded in raising a "comic" to something higher. That is one of our main objectives here at the BLACK MOON, and we are honored to display Jackie's artwork.
