I have no idea who this girl was dressed as. At first I
thought it might have been Sae-chan from Mahou
Tsukai Tai, the series about cute witches out to save
the world. But this cosplayer was posing with a black electric
guitar... so I think her costume had something to do with
the world of J-Rock.
