here at the BLACK MOON gravitate towards Vegetarian
cooking... and the recipes on these pages will reflect
that. Historically, Japanese cuisine has been one of the
great Vegetarian cuisines of the world due to the influence
of Buddhism. Most of the ingredients for our recipes are
available in any good supermarket.
